Common questions
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Use the customer portal in Settings → Billing. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
- What happens to my data if I downgrade?
- Your saved tasks and notes remain available. Features above your new plan stop being available, including Google Calendar editing if you return to Free. Check the feature table for the current plan boundaries.
- Is there a team plan?
- Not yet. We’re focused on making the single-player experience excellent first.
- What languages does First Light support?
- English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, and Korean — with native CJK typography tuned per language.
- Does First Light work on mobile?
- Use a mobile browser or install the PWA where supported. Saving and syncing require internet access. Push reminders require browser permission.
- What does Plus include?
- Plus includes the core planner and two-way Google Calendar sync.
- Is my data secure?
- We use authentication and access controls to protect account data. Sharing and connected services can give others access to the content you choose. See the Privacy Policy for data processing and analytics details.
